Starting January 1, 2019, the Royal Kunia Community Association will be switching management companies from Hawaiiana Management to Touchstone Properties.

PAYMENT METHODS

1. Autopay - Fill out form, attach a VOIDED check or Deposit Slip, and mail to Touchstone Properties

PLEASE NOTE: AutoPay Services will take affect April 2019.  Until you have received confirmation of AutopPay enrollment, please continue to pay by check to the Lock Box address.

2. Coupons - Fill out coupon, attach payment, and mail to:

3. Through Bank Establishment - Bill Pay

Items you need:

a. Pay to the order of: Royal Kunia Community Association

b. Homeowner(s) Name

c. Amount (Association Due and Maintenance/Product Fee - if applicable)

d. Unit Reference - Refer to Coupon above Homeowner Name (Ex. 230-98765-CU) This Unit Reference Number can be written on MEMO Line of Check

4. Click Pay

Homeowner's may now use Touchstone's Click Pay to pay for their Association Dues using their Debit/Credit Card (with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or E-Check logos only).  Homeowner's must register first in order to make online payments.  Please refer to your coupons for your Account Number or call our office at 688-9000.
